How we score casinos
Four measured inputs, weighted. Here is the weighting, where each number comes from, and what we leave out on purpose.
Four inputs
| Input | Weight | Where it comes from | Updated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payout speed | 40% | Median of verified player redemption reports, trailing 90 days | Monthly |
| Package value | 25% | Redeemable portion measured against that casino’s own redemption floor | When terms change |
| Terms | 20% | Playthrough, floor, expiry, state exclusions, read from current terms | When terms change |
| Support | 15% | First-response time to a redemption query, tested quarterly from a real account | Quarterly |
Three things, deliberately
Commission. Some casinos here pay us when a reader signs up through our link. It is not an input to the score and it does not move anything up or down. The disclosure sits in the footer of every page rather than hidden on one page nobody opens.
Game counts. Every casino claims hundreds of titles, nobody counts them the same way, and the numbers cannot be checked. A figure that cannot be verified is not a measurement.
How pretty the site is. We have opinions. They do not belong in a payout ranking.
When we are wrong
If a figure here is wrong, tell us which casino, which field, and what it should be. Operator corrections face the same evidence bar as player reports: we want the term in writing, from the current terms and conditions.
Corrections go straight into the ranking. We do not footnote the change, because the page is meant to show what is true now rather than what we published last month.
