FAQ
Common questions
Short answers. Where the answer depends on the casino, the ranking carries the figure.
Common questions
Fourteen of them
Do I have to spend money?
No. Every casino here runs a free postal entry route for promotional currency, and it is a genuine route rather than a formality. Coin packages exist because the post is slow.
Can I cash out Gold Coins?
No, and no casino claims you can. Gold Coins are play currency with no value outside the game. Only Sweepstakes Coins, or the house equivalent, can be redeemed.
How long does a payout take?
Between seven hours and three days across these eighteen, measured as the median from request to money received.
What is a redemption floor?
The minimum promotional balance you must hold before you may request a payout. Fifty SC at most casinos, a hundred at three, 1,200 FC at Fortune Coins.
What is playthrough?
How many times promotional currency must be played before it can be redeemed. Sixteen here require 1x. Golden Hearts and ThrillCoins require 2x.
Why do they want my ID?
Casinos verify identity before paying out, as a condition of operating lawfully. Uploading documents at signup rather than at redemption is the single most effective thing you can do to get paid quickly.
Which states are excluded?
Washington and Idaho almost everywhere; Michigan, Nevada and Montana at several casinos. The geography page has the detail.
Are winnings taxable?
Yes, as income. A 1099-MISC is issued above the federal threshold. State treatment varies and we are not tax advisers.
Is the welcome package the whole offer?
No. Daily login bonuses, postal entries and running promotions outweigh the welcome package within a few weeks at most casinos. We record the welcome package because it is the only figure comparable at the moment you sign up.
Can I hold accounts at several casinos?
Yes. Each is a separate promotion with its own terms. One account per person per casino is the universal rule, and multiple accounts at one casino is the fastest route to forfeiting a balance.
Do you get paid by these casinos?
By some, yes. It is disclosed in the footer of every page, and it is not an input to the score. The method page sets out what is.
How often do the figures change?
Payout medians monthly. Everything else whenever a casino changes it.
Why does a casino with a bigger package rank lower?
Because payout speed carries 40% of the score and package value 25%. A huge package behind a slow payout ranks below a modest package paid in seven hours.
What if something here is wrong?
Tell us the casino, the field and the correct value. We would rather be corrected than consistent.
